The Combined or Cumulative Certificate has a legal validity of 6 months and can be requested from any Italian Municipality, regardless of the place of residence.
To submit the application, the following information is required:

  • first and last name of the person concerned
  • date and place of birth
  • Municipality of residence

Who can request the certificates?
