Services already provided or completed
Once the service has been fully provided, it will no longer be possible to request a refund, in accordance with current regulations on digital and professional services.
If the service has been partially provided, we may evaluate a partial refund, retaining costs related to:
- time already spent
- administrative activities carried out
- any out-of-pocket expenses incurred on behalf of the customer
Exceptions and non-refundable services
A refund cannot be requested in the following cases:
- services already completed at the customer’s request
- custom or personalized services already initiated
- procedures for which non-recoverable expenses have been incurred
- amounts paid to public administrations or external collaborators

Refunds
