For services purchased by customers within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase, without providing any justification.

Services already provided or completed

Once the service has been fully provided, it will no longer be possible to request a refund, in accordance with current regulations on digital and professional services.

If the service has been partially provided, we may evaluate a partial refund, retaining costs related to:

  • time already spent
  • administrative activities carried out
  • any out-of-pocket expenses incurred on behalf of the customer

Exceptions and non-refundable services

A refund cannot be requested in the following cases:

  • services already completed at the customer’s request
  • custom or personalized services already initiated
  • procedures for which non-recoverable expenses have been incurred
  • amounts paid to public administrations or external collaborators

Refunds
