What service does Ufficio Certificati provide?

We provide a private administrative intermediation service: we go to Public Administration offices to request certificates and documents on behalf of the client, based on a formal authorization.
We are not a public authority and we do not issue government documents and we do not sell certificates or documents. We collect them from the relevant offices and deliver them to clients who are unable to go to the Municipality or Court themselves, for example due to lack of time or because they are out of town.

Which documents can I request through your service?

We can request, for example:

  • registry certificates (birth, residence, family status, marriage, etc.);
  • historical certificates;
  • civil status records available for release;
  • other municipal or court documents accessible through authorization.

Availability may vary depending on the Office.

How does the request procedure work?

The client selects the desired document.

  1. They fill out the authorization form and send the required documents.
  2. One of our representatives contacts or goes to the competent Office.
  3. We collect the certificate and deliver it to the client within the indicated timeframe.
Are you a public authority?

No. We are a private administrative assistance service.
All documents are always issued by the Municipality / Court; we only handle their collection on behalf of the client.

Why do I need to provide an authorization?

The authorization is required by law when a third party collects a public document.
It serves to protect the client and allows the Municipality to verify that the request is duly authorized.

What are the processing times for an order on UfficioCertificati.it?

The average delivery times for certificates are indicated on the specific page of each service. These timeframes depend on the authority responsible for issuing the document (Municipality, Court, Prefecture, etc.). Although the estimated times are generally respected, in the case of complex procedures or technical delays, our customer service team will promptly inform you.

Can I request documents on behalf of another person?

Yes, as long as you have a signed authorization and a copy of the delegating person’s ID.

How is my data processed?

Your data is used exclusively for:

  • preparing the authorization;
  • submitting the request to the Municipality;
  • delivering the document to the client.

Your data is not shared with third parties, except for the public authorities required for the procedure and any collaborators located in the municipality where the request must be carried out, who are appointed to collect and/or translate and/or legalize the document.

Is the service compliant with Shopify’s rules?

Yes. Our service is:

  • legal and fully permitted;
  • not involved in selling government documents, but only in intermediation;
  • not processing health-related or prohibited data;
  • compliant with the rules of the platform and payment partners.

How will I receive my documents and certificates?

As soon as your order is completed, you will receive an email with the document in PDF format, ready for download. If you have also requested the original paper copy, we will arrange shipment via express courier or registered mail with return receipt to the address provided during checkout.

Yes, you can request your service by calling our support number. Our operators are available Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 17:30, to guide you in selecting and purchasing the service that best suits your needs.

How can I request the deletion of my personal data?

To exercise your right to erasure (Privacy/GDPR), please send a request to info@ufficiocertificati.it. The removal of your data from our systems will be completed within 48 hours, following email confirmation. Please note: certain information will be retained exclusively to comply with the fiscal and legal obligations required by current regulations.

Can I modify the billing information after placing the order?

Yes, it is possible to update the billing details by promptly sending an email to info@ufficiocertificati.it before the tax document is issued.

Which payment methods are accepted on UfficioCertificati.it?

  • Without authorization (no delega): Processing begins on the next business day after the order is received.
  • With authorization (con delega): The request is processed on the next business day after the signed authorization form and the delegating party’s ID document have been uploaded.
